THE ART OF FACILITATION
Come and join me on a journey of exploration as we talk about the art of facilitation. Over the past 40 years I have had to work with people in many different contexts and I have always tried to connect to them that was intimate enough to make them feel safe and yet robust enough to provoke and shift their thinking on whatever we were working on.
The workshop will be restricted to a maximum of 20 people. All participants have to be present for the full 3 days.

I continuously doubted myself and tried every facilitation tool that I could research. I wanted to be an expert facilitator. The books and research were useful but along the way, I realized that was not serving the people I was working with in their highest interest. was to create enough energy in the room that would lead people into actions that would go far beyond our time together.
I want to share with you my inner journey that brought me to a place where I feel comfortable in my own skin as I work with people to start their own journeys of growth and development irrespective of their context. Over the past 14 months I have distilled the essence of these principles and practices and am ready to share these with you.
